Our Signature Drinks
Mauby
Made from dried tree bark of Colubrina elliptica tree and other spices. The bark and spices are boiled and left to to seep for a few hours (or even overnight), strain and store. The fluid portion is drained and sweetened to taste.
Sorrel
A cousin of the hibiscus tree. The flower petals are dried and made into a popular drink that used to be served mostly during Christmas time, now its served all year round.
Peanut Punch
